These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites operated by X Theory, Inc. Any natural or legal person who places an order and completes payment through our secure platform is considered a “client.”

We accept clients over 16 years old (for digital products) and over 18 years old (for services such as coaching, workshops, and seminars). If we discover that a client does not meet these criteria, the purchase will be refunded and access to the product or service revoked.

Any order placed on a site belonging to X Theory, Inc. implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Article 3: Price

Prices are indicated in U.S. Dollars. No additional taxes or shipping fees apply to digital products.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due immediately at the time of order, including pre-orders. We accept international credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard). Secure online payment is processed via Stripe. All payment data is encrypted and handled solely by Stripe; X Theory, Inc. does not store or access payment details.

Article 5: Delivery of Digital Products

Upon successful payment, clients receive immediate access to the purchased digital product or service via email or account login. No physical shipping applies.

In accordance with applicable data protection laws, clients have the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data. By purchasing from X Theory, Inc., you consent to the collection and use of your information for order processing, product access, and relevant communications.
